Is there any possibility to ensure (or at least monitor) that the number of worked hours declared every day is in-line wit the resource contract or local regulations ?

Example: a contract could mention a weekly target of 39 hours/week with national regulation imposing a maximum of 11 hours worked per day.

How could these 2 conditions be verified ?
