I finished installing odoo-14, then the system was opened on the browser through 127.0.0.1:8069 after that I could not open the system
Please help with this issue. I want to find a way to control the start and stop

you should mentione OS in your questions. however i will provide way based on window and linux system.
Window os:
you need to find services of odoo from control panel and service section and restart odoo service.
Menu Start --> type Services --> search OpenERP Server or Odoo --> Select line and click on Restart/Start/Stop's buttons above
Linux:
you may restart odoo service by following command
sudo service odoo restart
