I have an online store where I require customers to make an order without entering any payment details, and I manually email them a payment link.

Every time an order is made, it shows "quotations" in the customers account and they're required to "Accept & Sign" or "Reject", which looks ridiculous. 

How do I remove all this and replace with a simple order summary?

I am using Odoo 16
