I have been developing a custom app in Odoo Studio, as well as modified certain fields in base views. The development has been done in development environment. How I can now deploy my changes to production?

Try doing an export from Odoo Webstudio (it should show you option to export as zip). Import the same on Staging using Wbstudio and test once. If all is fine then merge it to production.
