From the communications and after reading a few posts on this topic, I see that we can claim the Scale Up game and the Odoo mug when we reach 250 points and 5000 points, and both for free.

I now have 5000+ points and I've never received an e-mail with the links to claim my two rewards. Is this normal? Because I've received all the e-mails concerning my level upgrades and my completed courses.

How can I get these two rewards?
