how to edit "done" transaction; i want to update invoice/journal/stock move/...etc?

Hi,
In Odoo most of the fields in invoice are editable in draft state only. And journal entries are not editable once posted.
What you can do is cancel journal entry and invoice(if account related to it allows it) and create a new entry.
For this you can install the module named , account_cancel for cancelling the journal entries
