I want to know how to calculate product margin in manufacturing when
coming to BoM with option kit.
I created a BoM and do a sales order for the parent product. When
delivery of the SO its showing as components. Its alright.
But I need to know only how to calculate margin of product .
Kindly help me if having idea on this .

In the Parent, near the Cost field, you will have an option to Compute Cost from BOM. Click on the same. So, the cost of the product will be updated automatically depends on the BOM component's cost.
Now you can enable the Margins in Sales-> Configurations-> Settings
Check the Quotation/Order. You can see the product margin
