Hi,
in my compagny we have two instance of odoo, now we want to merge both instance, how can i do it, in the first odoo we have CRM only, and in the second we have the rest of the module, how can i merge all in the first instance ?

You simply can not. I would export the CRM data of the first instance and import it into the second instance. That's much easier than the other way around.
