Hello- I can't figure out how to give out free shipping but only to who I select. I have tried coupon codes, but they only work until you select your shipping address and the fee gets added back in. I've also tried starting the invoice on the backend and assigning free shipping, but when they resume the cart it re-adds the shipping cost. Lastly, I tried creating a new price list and adding in a 100% discount for the shipping product, but again it discounts it and re-adds the cost later in the checkout.
I'm guessing it's because I don't have free shipping published on the website, but I don't want everyone to be able to use it?
I'm using Odoo v11 CE on an ubuntu 16.04 server.

Hello! I appreciate the help. Unfortunately that looks like a different version, and I can't find anything similar on my odoo instance. I'm currently running Odoo V11 community edition. Any ideas on how to perform the same action on mine?
