If I understood well, you are asking for a way to link multiple Amazon products, with different SKU, to a unique product. The easiest way would then to create multiple offers from your Amazon account (on Odoo), each offer linking one of the Amazon SKU to a product.

In Odoo, the SKU of a product needs to be a unique string so that Odoo can differentiate between the different products while selling them. Overall there needs to be one unique field for tis purpose it can either be the SKU or the barcode of the product. If you are facing trouble while handling SKUs you can also create barcodes for the products to uniquely identify them. This can be done during the synchronization process when you are creating the products in your Odoo database.
