I wish to show the delivery status on the customer portal like the sales order and the invoice

It is standard functionality that is available on the confirmed sale order.
In the customer view you can view the "Delivery Orders" and the status of the delivery right on the sale order.
While the clickable delivery order link bring up the delivery order/ pdf, the status of the delivery is on the sale order itself.. "in preparation" "shipped" etc.
In my server, if I click on the link WH/OUT/XXXXX , I got 403 instead of PDF. Any configuration I am missing ?
