Create remainder notification

Question

I want to create a customer birthday remainder . I have created schedule for it using cron but don't know , to create a remainder notification in odoo. or activity popup in top-right corner in dashboard

thank your for reply, but i don't need to send a email . only display a notification on system user's top right or another table
