when my supermarket is running customers pick up items from the shelfs so doing an inventory adjustment will not be accuarte during operations 

even purchase of products happen from day to day basis and when stock is being checked via inventory adjsutment it might end up overighting the shelf stock with purchase quanity

checking stocks of products when the store is closed is not possible as the manpower required will be huge and it will be after hours which will burden the existing staff.

is there a way to check the stock live when the store is running and purchase can happen without casuing problems
