I want to set up the livechat service and I want to know how I do to assign an operator to a chat, example: The chat is received by the administrator and then I redirected it to another operator to continue the conversation

1. Open the Live Chat window in Discuss (the top right corner of the popup has a button to do this):
2. Click the Invite button and enter the name(s) of the other Live Chat User(s) you would like to join you on the chat.
3. Type the command /leave when you see that one of the other Live Chat user(s) has taken over.
