My boss don't wan't pay to migrate so he has asked me to try to migrate ours modules in openerp 7.... I've only 3 months of experience about openerp :-( so... which steps i should follow to try a migration?

Some modules might migrate without a problem but most might not because V7 is based on python 3.x.x while V6 is based on python 2.x.x and we all know there is compatibility issues with the old and new python.
V7 is not based on python 3.
