Hi Everyone,

I'm working with a module that needs some configuration, so I created a wizard name 'app_name.config.wizard'. And also created a post_install_hook and assigned a python function named 'on_app_installed'. The difficulty I'm facing now is, I need to call this wizard from the hook when I return action like we usually do in Odoo,  It's not working. Obviously, it will not work because it's returned from a python function, not from an Odoo model method. Is there any way to walk around this?

Hello, Some thing is not clear, but if you want to do something like this. when module is installed it ask for configuration wizard. So for that you can use. ir.actions.todo action. once module is installed it will give you one pop up which you want to open.

you need to bind your wizard action with ir.actions.todo.
