I would like to create an automated actions for the Sales Order Module.
Upon a certain date reached I want to set a task " Call This Customer" due the same day it's created.
Can anyone guide?

Just found out this is potentially a default action type within odoo online. For anyone finding this down the road
Automated Actions> Create>Action To Do > Create Next Activity.
Will test on this and report back.
