In an odoo 9 production instalation, I tried to use posbox.

The raspi was purchased to odoo.

The printer is the epson t20

angry scanner shows raspy in ip 16

the status page of the raspy informs that escpos is ok

The pos is configured to use 192.168.0.16 ip for printing

It does not work

the small figure of a network that apears in the uper right side of the screen is in red. There is no printer figure allso.

What can be wrong?
