I had the same issue. Even though I had set the company currency to CHF I found out that there was a currency-exchange rate already set-up with an amount of 1.31 for CHF.
I set that rate to 1 and everything was fine.
Accounting > miscellaneous > currencies
Can we have a resolution please for this issue?

Do you have a multi-company setup? The reports show in the base currency.
I dont reckon having multi-company setup, how could i check the currency displaying for the reports?
