BSTOR, basée à Bruxelles, développe, finance et gère des projets de stockage d'énergie par batteries à grande échelle. Elle propose des solutions « Batteries-as-a-Service » aux utilisateurs industriels du réseau électrique belge, avec des services de flexibilité et d'adéquation au système énergétique.
L'entreprise ne disposait d'aucun processus digitalisé pour la validation de ses achats : les demandes et leur approbation par les managers étaient gérées manuellement et sans centralisation, ce qui limitait la traçabilité, la visibilité et l'efficacité, alors que la comptabilité était tenue dans un outil tiers.
Nous avons mis en place le flux achats de bout en bout dans Odoo : création du bon de commande, réception automatique des factures fournisseurs via un alias email qui les intègre en brouillon, circuit d'approbation à plusieurs niveaux avec allocation des approbateurs, puis transfert de la facture validée vers l'outil comptable. Le processus de paiement a été fluidifié jusqu'à la création et l'exécution des batchs de paiement dans le système bancaire.
Résultat : une traçabilité complète du cycle achat–paiement, la fin des validations manuelles non centralisées, et des fondations sur lesquelles BSTOR continue d'étendre son usage d'Odoo. Коммунальные услуги / Энергия / Водоснабжение
