Neben der Produktion hochwertiger Teigwaren bietet das Unternehmen Führungen durch die Vulkanland Manufaktur, bei denen Besucher*innen Einblick in Herstellungsprozesse, Philosophie und Qualitätsanspruch erhalten.
Im Mittelpunkt der Produktion steht die klassische Nudelherstellung wie früher: Zeit wird nicht als Kostenfaktor verstanden, sondern als wesentliche Zutat. Die Pasta wird schonend unter 36 °C verarbeitet, um Struktur, Geschmack und Nährstoffe bestmöglich zu erhalten. Eine langsame Trocknung von bis zu 36 Stunden sorgt für stabilen Biss, kurze Kochzeiten und optimale Saucenaufnahme. Die Vulkanmanufaktur Trummer Mühle verzichtet konsequent auf Zusatzstoffe, Farbstoffe und Konservierungsmittel. Das Ergebnis sind ehrliche, hochwertige Produkte, die sich durch Qualität, Transparenz und handwerkliche Sorgfalt auszeichnen.
