Challenges
Despite having a strong market presence and a loyal customer base, Sinko lacked a unified system to manage its operations. In addition, Sinko had no online presence, limiting its ability to showcase its product range or attract new business. The absence of a website and digital catalog made it difficult for potential clients to browse, request quotes, or place orders, especially in a competitive, fast-moving market.
Solutions
ERP Cloud implemented a full-scale ERP solution covering sales, purchasing, and inventory in one integrated platform. Automated workflows replaced manual processes, allowing the Sinko team to create quotations, confirm orders, and manage supplier purchases with greater speed and accuracy. Real-time inventory tracking helped prevent stockouts and improved planning for high-demand items.
In parallel, ERP Cloud launched a modern, user-friendly website for Sinko, complete with a product catalog, inquiry forms, and customer access to relevant product information. This digital transformation not only improved internal operations but also extended Sinko’s market reach.
With everything now centralized and streamlined, Sinko is positioned for sustainable growth, confident in its ability to deliver on quality and service both offline and online.
