VZW VLAAMSE SCHIETSPORTKOEPEL
De Vlaamse Schietsportkoepel vzw groepeert ongeveer 110 sportclubs, die samen ongeveer 15.000 doelschutters en bijna 2.000 kleischutters tellen. De Vlaamse Schietsportkoepel is een door de Vlaamse overheid erkende unisportfederatie voor de sporttak sportschieten. VSK is eveneens door de Vlaamse regering gemachtigd om de sportschutterslicentie te beheren.Met de implementatie van Odoo vereenvoudigt VSK het ledenbeheer, waarbij nieuwe leden via het portaal hun status kunnen bekijken. Vroemdag is hét jaarlijkse evenement op Circuit Zolder waar 1200 tot 1500 kinderen uit het buitengewoon onderwijs een onvergetelijke dag beleven dankzij vrijwillige piloten en hun sportwagens.Het event worstelde met een manueel en ongestructureerd inschrijvingsproces. Dankzij een nieuwe digitale oplossing met website en centraal platform verlopen inschrijvingen sneller en overzichtelijker.
De organisatoren besparen tijd, piloten krijgen meer duidelijkheid en de voorbereiding van het evenement verloopt veel efficiënter. Extraterritorial
