Is there the possibility in the program to write off goods? (The scrap is not an option because it does not create the journal Entries). I want to write off a product and generate the journal entries. Or How can I create a bad debt expense(write off receivable) that will close the invoice and generate the requred journal entries?

for products you have two options:
1. in the product form use the wziard to adjust the SOH - this will create the journal
2. do an inventory ans enter the on hand qty - this will create a journal for the adjustment.
