Where to find the Technical Settings for Database Structures?

Question

Hi I am using Odoo 12.   Where can I find the Technical Settings so that I can change the decimal places of unit of measurements?  I wanted to remove the decimal places being displayed in quantity but I can't find the first step, which is to go to the Technical settings

Enable debug mode first and then there should be a "Technical" menu available in "Settings".
There are add-ons for Chrome [1] and Firefox [2] to make it easy to enable debug mode, or it's on the main Settings screen.

Hi,
First of all you have to activate the developer mode, once debug mode is enabled navigate to Settings -> Technical, under this you can all the technical settings/menu's.
For adjusting the decimal precision's,   *Settings -> Technical - > Database Structure -> Decimal Accuracy,* open the record and adjust the number of digits.
