What is the best way to invoice hours?

Question

Is there any documentation on how the process of invoicing from timesheets? Today I use products to bill the hours that I work to the customer, but it seems it should be possible for me to enter my timesheet details in OpenERP and invoice from that.

Let's say I have two customers: Customer A and Customer B. For each of these I work on one project, Project A and Project B. Project A is an easy one, not so large, but project B is divided into four activities, which the customer would like to have

You need to install project_timesheet module for this.
It will create time sheet entries for particular date and user based on your task entries and from time sheet entries, you can create invoice for that particular line.

And what if you want to invoice two different products at different prices, but still use the functionalities of Project Management? thanks

That works if you have a project to which tasks belong to.
What if you create a task from a SO (let's say a service product , 10 hours) and then you want to invoice each hour (at the cost/discount as it is in the SO) after it is consumed?
When the 10 hours are fully consumed - and closing the task - invoicing works well but what if you want to invoice every execution task within the task itself ?
