I am using Odoo 18 and encountered a problem with the cost of items in transfers between branches within the same company

When transferring an item from one branch to another, the cost of the item is not transferred with the item to the receiving branch, and therefore the cost of each item in each branch is different from the other items (the cost is the same for all items in all branches of the company)

Therefore, the profit and loss report for the branches to the management is incorrect because the cost does not match the actual cost of the item due to the non-transfer of the cost of the item.

An intermediary account was created in the accounts directory under the name “Transfer Inventory.” When products are transferred from the transferring branch to the receiving branch, the system records the value of the transferred products according to the average cost in the transferring branch.

When the products are received at the transferred branch, the quantities are received in the inventory module. The value of the products transferred to the transferred branch remains in the “Transfer Inventory” intermediate account and is not added to the inventory account in the accounts module. The value of the products in the accounts module and the inventory module will not match. 

What is the solution for standardizing costs across all branches within the same company? And transferring the value of goods from the intermediary account  (transfer inventory) to the inventory account?
