Hi everyone,


we currently are not allowed to access our database. It just shows, that the database currently is blocked. 


I raised a ticket already (Ticket NO: 3555171) but this case kinda got urgent. The support hotline does not work. Waited over an hour in line and nobody picked up. 


Can someone help on this case?

I think you're right I also face this type of problem 😭 my all Business information......... Is in this site what I do?

Same happen to me, Odoo says that the database is ok, but they couldn´t find the problem, is not a matter of paying the susc.

Support does not work
