I did a fresh installation on Ubuntu 12.04 as I did many times before. Used the openerp-7.0-latest 20130624-231051 20130623-....... and 20130622-....... With all of them I can startup, login, install modules, etc. In database management I can copy and delete databases. Only when I want to backup it's going wrong. It starts normally but then gets in a loop or something.
Did a test on a similar server and this acts normal. Restored a database from the good to bad server situation. Database works OK, but backup is not.

It's happens me too. It's seems a new bug anyway a recent problems because I'm using backup correctly till few days ago (before last 2 or 3 bzr pull).
Exactly when backup is starting a new window will opens with "undefined" postfix to servername. If your server is "www.example.com" new window on backup will be on "www.example.comundefined"
Also in the logfile, I get a different url for the backup: "GET /web/database/backup?token=&backup_db=DB_NAME&backup_pwd=PASSWD HTTP/1.1" 500, instead of "GET /web/database/backup?token=1371808717695&backup_db=DB_NAME&backup_pwd=PASSWD&session_id=adaa162d9d1c4c2aba0e3868b7f9ee43 HTTP/1.1" 200
