Dear Abhishek

You better use openHRMS , The basic odoo does not support employee shifts.

OpenHRMS is the best way you can do it according to my knowledge.

By default Odoo does not offer shift management. You may check openhrms.com for that purpose.

Hello,

If you have different shifts for different employess (ie, one employee will be working on a single shift all time) then you can use working time in settings/ technical/ resource/ working time and assign it to employee by adding it in their contract.

If one employee will be assigned different shifts according to the company needs, Currently odoo does not have an option to manage this.

You can use the attendance module to get report of total worked hours by an employee in a period and use it to calculate extra time employee worked

OpenHRMS is what I would recommend as others said. That besides I did install this once for a client I was consulting, https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/elsaka_hr_shifts/

It seemed to work well for his needs.
