Server Error - Cannot set the done quantity from this stock move, work directly with the move lines.

Question

When I try to record Production for a Manufacturing Order, and when I pressed "Record Production" , it popped up a Odoo Server Error:
"Cannot set the done quantity from this stock move, work directly with the move lines."

I am not able to go any further. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Using Odoo V11 CE.

Review the rounding precision of the units of measures.
A problem with that error had the bill of material's component set to ml but the linked product had fl oz (US). Changing the rounding precision of the fl oz (US) from 0.01 to 0.1 solved the issue.

There is another trick that might fix your solution temporary.
go to inventory > analysis > product moves > search by reference of your MO > then select the lines (referring your article to be manufactured in your MO) and delete them.
go back to MRP > search for your MO > refresh the page and you should be able to proceed
Best practice would be to raise a ticket to odoo/help , this bug fix is apparently known.
