How can i send a POS ticket to a customer that needs it now (after my session is closed).

By ticket if you mean receipt
you can Navigate to Orders (16.0)
you can Navigate to Orders (16.3)
Filter Paid orders
Select the order to reprint and click 'print receipt'

I dont see what you show. I am on odoo.sh. i dont have the options you mention on my POS screen.
What version of Odoo are you using?
Odoo .sh installed in march
V16
in V16 Orders button is Top Middle of the screen. Have updated the screenshot. Filtering paid orders is the same as 16.3
