I founded Company to provide ERP solutions based on Odoo, focusing on custom modules for various industries. Currently, we deploy each client on a separate DigitalOcean droplet, which increases costs. I aim to automate user onboarding so clients can sign up, choose their industry, get instant database setup, receive live support, create backups, and manage subscriptions efficiently.
We currently serve two clients. Despite strong demand, the manual setup process and subscription management pose challenges. Additionally, I work with Romanian developers and partner with accountants for client acquisition, requiring a partner portal to manage commissions and client details.
I am considering using Kubernetes to streamline deployments and improve scalability. However, solutions like the SaaS kit are not a fit for us as they use Docker, which requires manual intervention when scaling.
