Create a 4 a,b,c,d user a and b assign sales manager and c, d assign salesman(Own Leads only group)

a is manager of c and b manager of d

to create the two sales Department SalesDepartment1 (manager is a and team member is c in this deparment), SalesDepartment2(manager is b and team member is d in this deparment),

a is create one lead, b is create 2 lead , when Salesmanagera login only see his team lead but here show all team(another salesmanager) lead. how to configure myy salesmanager to see only his team lead. thanks for your reply.
