The chart template load when creating a DB looks to be the US one, even if an other country was selected on the creation form. Juste after creation, in the configuration I'm not able to load an other chart anyway. Error message says that I don't have the permission, which ... strange... as I'm the administrator.

I also noticed that the French translation looks to be partial. A lot of English words are still displayed.

I created a lot of demo DB with SaaS-v16.1 without facing these issues.
