I need to create products for a particular company. What are the access rights that I should have?

Hi,
You should have rights for the multi-company and create rights for the product.
I have company A and company B. Admin user is belonging to A. I have another user for B. I need to create a set of products for B. I logged in form B's account and tried to create. It generates an error. ""The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator"". I cant find a solution.
Make sure that user has create rights for the product. Due to access rights, you are getting this error.
i receive this message as an error :Acces denied Document type: Product Template read ... How can i solve it??????????
