Here in my custom module that make report view, can anyone know how to fix this issue, it does not take translations of strings basedon partner language, it takes only hard code strings, maybe context does not get anything? or maybe something with t-call , need to do something else?

If you want to change the report language to the customer’s language, follow the standard Odoo pattern inside the web.external_layout call.
Please use this structure:
