rental modul linked with e-commerce

Question

Hello,
I'm trying to create a rental site with Odoo,
I would like the reservation via the e-commerce site to be linked with the rental and inventory module, so that the same equipment cannot be rented twice.
invoicing and payment to be done automatically from the website.

For the moment, I can't force the same equipment to be rented twice on the same peroid, even if I create a tracking system with lot numbers via the inventory module.

Hello,
Are you using a sales module? If yes you need to customise the system in such a way that when Is rented checkbox is selected on your product configuration you receive any order from the website that should fall in the rental module. In the default system orders fall in the sales module.
Once this customization is done you can stop the continue selling checkbox from the sales tab in the product configuration.

Hello, did you solve the issue with the double reservation ?
I have the same issue and don't seem to find the solution...
