We are planning to buy odoo apps from odoo market place. But i am not sure, what kind of support we can get form Partners. 

Also, is there any discounts applicable if I do a bulk purchase?

Is there any customer support team available for any suggestions on buying the apps? If so, what will be contact number/ email.

Can someone reply to above questions?
