Product variant import file error odoo 17

Hello Everyone

I am importing product variant CSF file on products page
please check the below import file format for your reference

but after importing file on Sales---> products page its showing an error message like
*"Found more than 10 errors and more than one error per 10 records, interrupted to avoid showing too many errors."*
*Found multiple matches for value "Checks" in field "Product Attributes" (2 matches) at multiple rows*

Please export the product attribute external IDs and value external IDs, then import them.

You have to include the external IDs of the attributes and their values when importing products.
