We need to activate electronic invoicing for our german customer.

Unfortunately the registration is "pending" since ten days and the comment says it should take only one day.

Is that normal? Maybe there is a special trick needed which I don't know or it's just a delay due to christmas days. Any ideas?

I'd attach a screenshot but my karma points are too low. In the PEPPOL configuration section the "Application status" is "Pending".

Hey, for future users. I resolved the problem by unregister and register again to the PEPPOL network. Now it's active.

Hi, i'm having the same problem. Can you tell me how you unregistered? Because mine stayed pending for 2 days so i clicked cancel registration, but now i can't reregister.

And since i'm using odoo 17 community, the helpdesk isn't helping.
