When we send an email from our Odoo instance using an Outgoing Mail Server, it goes to the recipient’s SPAM folder.

It fails because Odoo DNS is not configured to allow our IP:

v=spf1 include:_spf.odoo.com -all

Who can I talk to at Odoo who has the technical expertise and ability to fix this on the Odoo side?

Please comment on this post if you have Outgoing Mail Servers running successfully and the recipient email does not go to SPAM.

Hello,
This does not help as it does not address the SPAM issue. Your video only shows the page and not your URL. The only way it does not go SPAM is if you configure a custom domain and do not use yourserver.odoo.com.
I hope this helps.

Hi I am currently trying to implement an outgoing email server, and have the same issue. I found that it is important to setup the authentication of your email server with your domain DNS. Information about your emailing provider should cover DNS, DKIM and DMARC information.

Hello,
I found that these are not important. The overriding factor for this issue is using a custom domain.
Thanks for your comment.

I assume since no one who reads this leaves a comment that no one has Outgoing Mail Servers configured and the mail not going to SPAM.
