Hi,

Since March 18, our outbound messages fail due to -3 error (Temporary failure in name resolution) without any change in the app. We've checked our server and port (checking also 465) and they are correct with SSL/TSL connection. Our connection information is basic:


SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com

SMTP port: 587


Does anyone have any clue about the cause?

Hi,

Please try to change your SMTP port from 587 to 465. And also ensure your username and app password are correct.
