am trying to get the latest of odoo 15, how can i do

Hi.
You mean how to upgrade to odoo 16 from odoo 15 ? or from odoo 15 to the latest of odoo 15 ?
If the case is the first one, you have to set up a new odoo 16 instance in your machine and then have to migrate the current db along with custom modules, if you have any. Once the db migration and code migrations are done, you can restore the migrated db in 16 and shutdown the previous instance.
If the case is to upgrade to the latest of same version, just pull/download the latest code of the same version from git and restart the service with upgrading base module.
