I would like to export accounts & products from Odoo 8 and to import it into Odoo 10 or 11.
When trying to export the datas, too many fields and there is some relations with other fields or table.
I am sure there is a best way to do that.
If anyone could help me will be great

Please read the documentation first. Then start with exporting data from the target system in order to know how to import it. Then export the data from the source system, adapt the csv file accordingly and import it into the target system.

My concern here is I 'd like to start a new database with my own chart accounts and products.
I am looking if anybody has a way other than to try to reimport data.

You can omit the step with reimporting the exported test data from the target system.

I am unable to Export data.
I don't have the "Export" button available even I am the admin.
Now, I'd like to export :
- Accounts
- Tax
- Products
