CRM Lead Activity: now i want to create Next Activity but after a user DONE the Activity and enter custom fields x_activity_type_id and x_due_date,

to create a new Schedule Activity i need to confirm:

-- it should be marked as DONE.

-- both custom fields should be filled.

and new Sehedule Activity will be created for selected Activity Type and in selected Due Date.

please help.
