Hello,

I need to create 2 receipts for the PO with different category of products.

For Example:- I have 2 products as RM and SFG. If i create a PO for RM and SFG i need a 2 receipts one is for RM category and another is for SFG category.

I have tried with the routes option in category

I have created 2 routes as RM routs and SFG routes. on those routes I have created a rule as below

Action: Pull From
operation Type: SFG receipts(Which i have created with specific locations)

Supply method: Take from Stock

thus the same i have created for the RM routes and the operation type i have fixed as only receipts

but still 2 receipts are not created May I know How the category routes are working

This is possible with Odoo 18 - using the new Push Applicability feature on the Buy Rule (these are the Rules that create Receipt transfers)

You create two rules, one for each Category, using a domain on each that filters for the relevant Product Category.

Believe you would need to specify the routes applicable for a category.

Inventory > Configuration > Product categories (Logistics section

Yes, i Have done that too But when i created the PO and confirmed it is not creating the 2 receipts instead it creates single receipts with 2 product which is different category

Am sorry, my bad. The expected operation for receipt is specified on the purchase order and not on the line. Due to this only 1 receipt operation would be generated for a PO.

With 2 step receipt you would be able to split transfer from Input to Stock with different operations.
