Need explaination for the three inventory accounts

Question

Hello everyone,
I have a question and waiting to receive an answer,
whais is I want to understand the relationship between the three accounts in stock and the out stock and also the valuation account as I can see in both my companies different calculation of these three account as in the first company i can see that just the in stock account in negative and the ohters are postive, while the other company there is the in stock and the valuation accounts both are in negative

Odoo has created a specific concept for the accounting of stocks; every movement IN or OUT from the stock is accounted as a double entry system
Hence
the sale of a product is acounted as a DEBIT in the stock OUT (or a cost of goods account in the P/L statement) account and a CREDIT from the STOCK valuation account
when you receive a produt the system CREDITs the stock IN and DEBITs the STOCK account
