We created 2 databases and we were advised before buying the enterprise that we can create multiple databases,
and the yearly payment only depends on the number of active users in all databases that we created.
Now, for 1 of the databases, the registration is okay but the other one still not registered even we put the subscription code on it .
How can we activate multiple database at the same time?
Please give advice.

Can I have multiple databases: Test, Staging and Production? Is there an extra charge for extra databases? Custom allows for multi company, but I assume that is within a single database.
Answer:
-Being on our premium hosting Odoo.sh allows you to purchase staging branches to use as a sandbox. I can resend a quote with Odoo.SH if you are interested, please let me know so I can get a new quote over to you.
-Correct, multi company is multiple companies on one database

Test (we call them DEVELOPMENT) branches are free with Odoo.sh but STAGING branches have a separate charge based on how many you want.
Note: all test branches use databases with standard demo data, while all staging branches hold a recent neutralized [cutoff from calls to email / bank synch / etc] copy of your production database.
