Is there any simple way to downgrade Odoo from the Enterprise edition to the Community one?

We have a CRM, Projects, Website, Timesheets and Sing under Ent. version. We want to use 3rd party theme for the new eComm website and are ready to sacrifice Sing and Timesheets.
If we simple install Odoo 15 Community and Import DB then Sing and Timesheets can't be uninstalled and the existing website doesn't work because the theme we used on Enterprise Odoo is missing. I'm not sure if there is any instruction to follow or some additional steps we should do to transfer it.
